Thrive Thursdays is a 45-minute group class designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and feel more confident in the gym. It runs on a 6-week rotation with a focus on simple, effective training that anyone can get stuck into.
Each week targets a different movement pattern:
Week 1: Squat
Week 2: Hinge
Week 3: Upper Push
Week 4: Upper Pull
Week 5: Full Body Power & Core
Week 6: A fun, full-body session combining everything
You’ll learn proper technique, train in pairs or small groups, and mix strength work with fast-paced conditioning. We use functional kit like dumbbells, kettlebells, Ski Ergs, Bike Ergs, slam balls and more.
